If you read this blog you will notice that there have been posts about Capella University for e-learning. The main reason is that they are very popular. Now, a Capella faculty member has co-authored a new book on appreciative coaching. Sara Orem, the author, is a faculty member of the online university’s School of Business and Technology. She has a PhD and authored the book titled, Appreciative Coaching: A Positive Process for Change.
The main idea of this book is to display tools that acknowledge the strengths of individuals and effect change in them. This is a new development in psychology and organizational development that is the basis for this new book and new method that was mentioned above.
This is such a simple stand-up routine. However, it is one of the funniest ones I have seen in a long time. He put a lot of thought into this skit and also executed it very well. It has a sexual undertone however, it is just funny. Without giving away a lot of it, it is about him bringing a girl over trying to seduce her and it has a hilarious looping sound effects track which he records on the spot. It is very original and that is why it rocks. Check it out.

If you saw the clip two posts down then you will love this one. It is at the end of the show when Dwight tries to get back at Jim by dressing up as him. It is actually almost just as funny as the original clip. He does a really good job of immitating Jim. Dwight looks a whole lot better dressed up like Jim than he does in his yellowish tie and dress shirt.

This is a video of a local graffiti crew by the name of USC aka Usual Suspects Crew. They have many members like, twice, eon1,baesr, eyes, possibly smug. They go around the streets of Toronto on bombing runs and painting anything they can reach. You hear about their dealings running and dealing with cops and trying to not get caught. They are over 19 so that means that they can get big time fines or jail time if they are caught which usually happens atleast once or twice in a graffiti artists career as a vandal. Twice has a good throwie though.

This is some heavily edited video to create this effect. However, all the sounds are made by this kid and they are awesome. It must have taken quite a while to get it right. It probably also took way longer than that to edit the video and loop the audio to get it perfectly. If you are a fan of beatbox videos, then this video will be a nice addition for you.
