This poor reporter lived too close to the wild fires in California. It must be really rough on everyone there, especially him being a trooper and reporting on the fires right from his own burning house. He lost everything and yet he goes on reporting. Give him credit for having guts and dedication.

With so much violence going on in the world and us being consumed by our selfish selves, we seem to ignore the bigger things out there. Who has heard anything about Darfur for a while, you probably forgot it after that big thing that went on for it. It is still there, it is still in trouble, and they still need our help. Lets do whatever we can to fix their problem!

Well, September 11th is tomrrow, and it has been six years since that horrible day. The conspiracy theories are flying again. I personally do not believe them, but what do I know. We should all take this time to worry about the souls that were lost and not about who was to blame for them. RIP!

Ok, so this footage is about a year old, however most people have probably not seen it yet. It is a closer view than any other I have seen. It brings back a lot of bad feelings but it is one of those things that you have to watch.
After the first plane hit one of the towers, this cameraman set up his home video camera on a balcony 1 block from the world trade centers and left the room to let it record unknowing a 2nd plane would hit and he would catch it on tape.

In this video there is a 6 year old girl singing a song she wrote (I assume she had a lot of help) for her older brother who is currently serving in iraq and cannot make it home for Christmas. It really brings it home when you think about all the brave men and women serving their country to keep us safe at home!
